Justin Brooks is a data-driven entrepreneur and business strategist with over 17 years of experience across analytics, technology, finance, and construction. Based in Dallas, Texas, he blends technical expertise with real-world execution to deliver measurable results in high-pressure industries.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Justin served as an Air Traffic Controller, where he directed 16,900 mishap-free operations and over 9,000 successful aircraft landings. This foundation in precision and discipline shaped his ability to lead teams, solve problems under pressure, and manage complex systems with zero tolerance for error.

Following his military service, Justin earned his Master of Science in Business Analytics from Georgetown University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at Virginia University of Lynchburg. His academic background complements his applied expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, SQL, Python, R, and data visualization, which he has used to streamline operations, cut costs, and improve retention in healthcare, insurance, and finance.

Justin’s entrepreneurial journey began in Kansas City, where he managed construction projects while flipping houses and acquiring rental properties. In 2021, he founded JH Brooks Construction in the DFW Metroplex, expanding into ground-up residential builds and fee-build projects. Having successfully exited a prior SBA-backed business, Justin now focuses on mergers and acquisitions, targeting fire protection services and residential construction companies. His philosophy—“Money, Team, and Deals”—guides his capital-raising and operational strategies to build scalable businesses that generate both profit and opportunity.

An active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Justin remains committed to leadership and community service. His long-term vision is clear: to create companies that deliver sustainable value for investors, partners, and the communities they serve.
