• Keeping active material storage zones clean and organized so trades can easily access what they need.

Post-Construction Cleaning (Final Clean)

• Wiping down walls, baseboards, doors, and hard-to-reach overhead fixtures to remove all settled construction dust.
• Peeling protective factory films and labels off interior glass, millwork, and plumbing fixtures.
• Detailed vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all flooring surfaces to ensure the space is fully ready for inspection.

Punch-List Cleaning

• Quick mobilization to clean up the drywall dust, mud, or boot tracks left behind by trades completing their final punch-list repairs.
• A final wipe-down of horizontal surfaces to catch the lingering dust that settles after the HVAC system is turned on.
• The final aesthetic check to ensure the space is pristine for the owner’s final sign-off and turnover.
